McRun is the official mobile app version of the renowned McMillan Running Calculator, developed by internationally acclaimed coach Greg McMillan. This powerful calculator enables you to determine your potential running performance across various distances. By inputting your best time from one distance, McRun takes care of the rest. The app provides personalized insights on how fast you can run from 100 yards to 100 miles, along with recommendations on optimal training paces based on both your fitness level and running style.

Quick Start Guide:
- From the Calculator screen, enter your best time in any distance and press "calculate".
- View your equivalent race times.
- Press "Workout Paces" to see suggested paces for tempo runs, long runs, easy runs, and speed workouts.
- Select "Recalculate" to return to the Calculator screen.
- Turn your iPhone sideways to view motivational quotes and training tips.
